Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an ERP/Software Sales Manager based in Kangra. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies for ERP and software solutions, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building strong relationships with clients. The candidate will identify client needs, pitch relevant solutions, negotiate terms, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align customer requirements with tailored technical solutions and driving revenue growth through effective sales management.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Software Sales and general Sales processes
- Experience in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Expertise in Sales Management and coordinating sales teams
- Strong Negotiation skills with an ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and offer innovative, tailored solutions
- Knowledge of ERP solutions and enterprise software management is preferred
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
