Role Description The ERP Sales Trainee will support the sales team in promoting and selling GoodBooks ERP solutions to new and existing customers. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai / Coimbatore and involves learning the product portfolio, understanding client requirements, and assisting in preparing demos and presentations. The trainee will participate in lead generation activities, follow up with prospects, and support customer meetings and negotiations under the guidance of senior sales professionals. Daily tasks include maintaining sales documentation, updating CRM records, coordinating with technical and implementation teams, and providing basic customer service and post-meeting follow-up. The role offers structured training in ERP concepts, sales processes, and industry practices, with the potential to grow into a full sales position.
