Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ERP Sales / SAP Business Development professional with 5+ years of experience in selling SAP or ERP solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for SAP/ERP solutions across target industries.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design appropriate ERP/SAP solutions for clients.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports.
- Participate in industry events, networking activities, and client engagements to promote ERP/SAP offerings.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ERP/SAP sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, SAP implementation services, or ERP consulting services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in B2B enterprise sales and handling mid to large-size clients.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working with ERP consulting firms or SAP implementation partners.
- Strong network in enterprise or mid-market segments.
