We are looking for an experienced ERP Sales Professional who can generate business, handle international clients, and drive end-to-end ERP solution sales across India and global markets.
The ideal candidate must have experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and should be comfortable handling ERP consulting and implementation sales. Experience with Odoo or similar ERP platforms will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for ERP implementation and digital transformation projects
- Handle complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client business requirements
- Coordinate demos, proposals, and commercial discussions with internal teams
- Build and manage relationships with international clients
- Drive outbound sales through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Maintain CRM pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in ERP or enterprise software sales
- Experience with outbound sales and lead generation
- Must have experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Strong understanding of business workflows and ERP implementation processes
- Experience handling international clients and B2B sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment
Preferred
- Experience with Odoo or similar ERP platforms
- Experience selling ERP implementation services or digital transformation projects
- Existing international client network
