About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned ERP Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, exceptional client management skills, and proven expertise in budget planning and project governance.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
- Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure adherence to schedules
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct steering committee meetings and present project status updates
- Manage risks, escalations, and change requests effectively
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
Budget & Financial Management
- Prepare project budgets and resource plans
- Monitor project financials including revenue, cost, and margins
- Implement cost control and risk mitigation strategies
Team Leadership & Governance
- Lead cross-functional teams including functional and technical consultants
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and quality standards
- Maintain risk registers, issue logs, and documentation
- Mentor team members and drive high performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall experience with significant exposure to ERP project management
- Proven track record in managing complex ERP implementations
- PMP Certification (mandatory or strongly preferred)
- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and financial oversight
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong client-facing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
