At So What Fashion, we’re looking for someone who can manage and support our ERP operations across teams. If you enjoy process coordination, ERP workflows, reporting, and solving operational issues, this role might be for you.
• Role: ERP Operations Executive
• Location: Camp, Pune
• Type: Full-time | On-site
• Experience: 1–3 Years
What you’ll do
• Manage and support day-to-day Logic ERP operations
• Resolve ERP workflow and process-related issues across departments
• Handle user access, reports, masters, and ERP coordination
• Work closely with operations, accounts, warehouse, and production teams
• Assist in ERP testing, implementation, and process improvements
• Ensure accurate system usage and smooth data flow across teams
• Train employees on ERP usage and operational best practices
Who we’re looking for
• Someone with ERP operations or ERP functional support experience
• Experience with Logic ERP will be helpful
• Good understanding of ERP systems and business workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Excel, reporting, coordination, and ERP processes
• Experience with retail, garment, manufacturing, or inventory-based ERP systems will be an advantage
• Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
