Job Summary:
Japanese-origin manufacturing company seeking an ERP & Manufacturing Systems Engineer responsible for ERP operation, BOM/article master creation, manufacturing data control, and coordination between engineering, production, purchase, stores, and accounts departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP operation and support for manufacturing activities
- Creation and maintenance of article/item master
- BOM creation and revision management
- Support engineering change implementation (ECN)
- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, QA, and accounts
- Generate ERP reports and data analysis
- Support ERP process improvement and customization coordination
- Ensure accuracy of manufacturing and inventory data
- Support production planning and traceability activities
Candidate Requirements:
- BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 3–8 years experience in manufacturing ERP systems
- Experience handling BOM and item master data
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP / Dynamics / Oracle / Epicor / Odoo etc.
- Basic SQL/database understanding preferred
- Experience in Japanese manufacturing environment preferred
- Good coordination and documentation skills
