Job Title: ERP & Integration Platform Automation Architect
Scope: Global
Location: Ice Cream Office Pune, India
Role Overview
ERP & Integration Platform Automation Architect supports the successful delivery of TMICC’s enterprise integrations across SAP, SAP BTP, middleware, and partner systems. This role ensures interface documentation readiness, clarity of requirements, effective coordination across stakeholders, and smooth execution of integration activities across markets and workstreams
Key Responsibilities
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Key Responsibilities
Technical know-how –
Integration Delivery
- Coordinate preparation and maintenance of integration artefacts (architecture, interface inventory, mapping specifications, connectivity trackers, IDoc/EDI documents).
- Support readiness for SAP BTP components including Cloud Integration, Integration Advisor, Trading Partner Management, and monitoring frameworks.
- Track design, build, and testing prerequisites such as functional designs, approvals, and system access.
Requirements & Change Management
- Consolidate business and technical integration requirements across functions and regions.
- Prepare structured integration change requests capturing scope, impacts, rationale, and dependencies.
Data & Interface Readiness
- Organise and validate sample production messages (orders, invoices, masters) for customer and 3PL interfaces.
- Support extraction and delivery of partner profile data (GLN, WE20 EDI partner profiles).
Stakeholder Coordination
- Facilitate alignment between business teams, SAP/BTP teams, middleware teams, SIs, and markets.
- Support communication of integration strategies such as customer EDI.
Issue & Risk Management
- Identify blockers and coordinate catch‑up actions for delays in documentation, approvals, or build readiness.
Reporting & Governance
- Maintain integration trackers and support preparation of programme governance updates.

Qualifications
Technical
- Understanding of enterprise integration concepts, A2A/B2B patterns, IDocs, EDI, APIs, mapping and connectivity setups.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4, SAP BTP (Cloud Integration, Integration Advisor, TPI, etc.).
Functional
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into structured integration requirements.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and organisational skills.
