Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery from planning through go-live and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients, collaborate with senior leadership, and contribute to high-impact digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete ERP implementation projects from project initiation to successful go-live.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and define project scope.
- Manage project execution while ensuring quality, timeline, and budget objectives are achieved.
- Configure and oversee ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams during implementation.
- Monitor project risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Plan and execute system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities.
- Conduct end-user training and support change management initiatives.
- Manage external vendors and implementation partners when required.
- Provide regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure successful post-implementation support and continuous process improvement.
Required Skills

Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and project management.
- Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects from planning to deployment.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline is an advantage.
- ERP certifications or Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
