Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a ERP Implementation Executive based in Chhatral, Gandhinagar. We are looking for a dedicated ERP Implementation Executive to manage the end-to-end implementation, user training, and ongoing support of our ERP system. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth adoption across departments and maintaining data accuracy and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate ERP implementation across all departments
- Understand business processes and align them with ERP functionalities
- Learn the ERP system thoroughly and act as an internal expert
- Conduct user training sessions and ensure proper system usage
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry by users across departments
- Monitor system usage and enforce discipline in ERP processes
- Manage and maintain master data (customers, vendors, products, etc.)
- Coordinate with ERP vendors/consultants for upgrades, issues, and enhancements
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and automation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / BCA / IT (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in ERP systems will be an added advantage
Desirable Skills:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in ERP implementation or as part of an ERP core team
- Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts)
- Ability to train and guide users effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Hands-on experience with any ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or industry-specific ERP)
- Proactive and ownership-driven approach
- Ability to handle multiple departments and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, especially in data management
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in ERP implementation
Location: Chhatral, Gandhinagar Gujarat (nearby areas mehsana, kalol, kadi, and ahmedabad)
