We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing ERP solutions, coordinating with clients, understanding business processes, providing user training, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business requirements and workflows.
- Configure and implement ERP modules based on business needs.
- Assist with data migration, testing, and system setup.
- Conduct user training and provide functional support.
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Prepare implementation documentation and user guides.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Provide post-implementation support and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc. (IT/CS), MBA, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in ERP implementation, software support, business operations, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, or Operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to any ERP software (SAP Business One, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, TallyPrime, Oracle NetSuite, or similar) is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of accounting and inventory management.
