Role Description The ERP Implementation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The role involves coordinating and executing end-to-end ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and system configuration. The executive will collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their workflows, customize modules, and ensure smooth data migration. Daily responsibilities include conducting user training sessions, resolving implementation-related issues, and providing post-go-live support and documentation. The role also requires close coordination with internal technical teams, tracking project milestones, and contributing to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for requirements analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, documenting processes, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, provide support, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Software Implementation skills, including ERP configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to conduct user workshops, create training materials, and support user adoption.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, institutional or education-sector software, and basic understanding of business processes (operations, HR, finance, and sales) will be beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and adapt to client-specific requirements is highly valued.
