Role Overview
As an Odoo Implementation Consultant at Scidecs, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations and ensuring clients maximize the value of Odoo applications (Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, eCommerce, Projects, Website, etc.).
You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, recommend tailored solutions, and drive successful project delivery. This role requires a strong mix of functional expertise, client interaction, and project ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Implementation (80%)
- Understand client business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions
- Lead end-to-end implementation (configuration, customization, and coordination with developers)
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and gap analysis
- Deliver functional consulting across Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, MRP, Accounting, etc.)
- Provide user training and enable clients to become self-sufficient (“Odoo Champions”)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously (6–10 active implementations)
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation
- Internal Improvement (20%)
- Share feedback with product and technical teams
- Contribute to internal process improvements
- Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Mentor junior consultants when required
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP/Odoo implementation or consulting
- Strong functional understanding of business processes (Sales, Inventory, Finance, etc.)
- Experience in handling multiple client projects
- Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and client-focused mindset
- Quick learner with strong multitasking abilities
- Basic technical understanding of Odoo (Python, PostgreSQL, or integrations) is a plus
