Role Description The ERP Implementation / Client Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of ERP solutions for clients, ensuring systems are configured to meet business requirements. On a day-to-day basis, this role will gather and analyze client requirements, map them to ERP functionalities, and collaborate with technical teams to configure, test, and deploy solutions. The specialist will lead user training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support to resolve functional issues and optimize system usage. The role will also involve coordinating with stakeholders in finance, operations, and customer service to streamline processes, monitor project progress, and manage expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support
- Act as a client-Side specialist, understanding business requirements and translating them into ERP solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, functional, and support) to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct requirement analysis and solution mapping
- Configure ERP modules as per client needs and assist in testing and validation
- Provide user training, documentation, and handover to clients
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to scope
- Handle client queries, issues, and change requests professionally
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in ERP implementation and client handling
- Expert level knowledge in MS SQL.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation methodologies
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and user training
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client expectations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel (if required for client projects)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with specific ERP platforms
- Prior experience working in a client-facing or consulting role
- Basic understanding of business processes such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Operations
- Education - Masters or any technical Graduation
- Experience – 3- 4 Years of Relevant experience
