We are looking for an experienced and dynamic ERP Leader to join a leading global jewellery retail group as ERP Head – Microsoft Dynamics D365.
📍 Location: Kochi
💼 Experience: 18+ Years
🔎 Key Highlights:
• Lead end-to-end ERP lifecycle – implementation, customization, upgrades & support
• Drive large-scale ERP transformation across retail operations
• Provide technical leadership on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce/Retail) & POS systems
• Manage and mentor a team of 25–35 professionals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business processes and adoption
🛠️ Core Skills Required:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O & Commerce (Retail)
• Microsoft POS programming & integrations
• X++, .NET/C#, LCS, Power Platform, Azure DevOps
• Power BI, SSRS & data integration
⭐ Preferred:
• Retail/Jewellery industry experience
• Malayalam language understanding
• Willingness to relocate to Kochi
