Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ERP Executive role based in Rajkot. The ERP Executive will manage day-to-day operations of the ERP system, including user setup, data entry validation, and routine system monitoring to ensure accurate and timely information flow across departments. The role involves coordinating with production, sales, inventory, and finance teams to map business processes, resolve transaction issues, and improve system utilization. The ERP Executive will generate operational and management reports, analyze data for discrepancies, and support decision-making through accurate dashboards. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting user issues, coordinating with IT or vendors for enhancements, supporting ERP training for team members, and documenting processes and changes.
Qualifications
- Strong ERP operations skills, including master data management, transaction processing, and basic configuration in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Solid understanding of business processes such as inventory, production planning, sales order processing, purchase, and finance integration.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using ERP reports, Excel, and basic dashboards to support operational and management decisions.
- Technical aptitude to work with IT or vendors on system issues, updates, testing, and user access management.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support user training.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a structured approach to documentation and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an ERP Executive, ERP Coordinator, or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial organization is preferred.
