Role Description
The ERP Executive will manage and optimize the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ensuring seamless integration across processes. Responsibilities include overseeing system configuration, troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Surat. The ERP Executive will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Technical skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, system implementation, and troubleshooting
- Analytical skills: Expertise in data analysis, generating reports, and process optimization
- Collaborative skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams, effective communication, and project coordination
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to resolve technical issues promptly and provide actionable solutions
- Additional qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Preferred experience: Knowledge of the retail or jewelry industry is a bonus
