Job Location: VKI JAIPUR
Objective: To design, develop, customize, and implement ERPNext across multiple departments by digitizing existing workflows, improving operational efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling management-level decision-making through robust reporting and process optimization.
Skills Required
- Prior experience in ERP implementation (ERPNext experience preferred).
- Proficient in Python and MySQL/SQL.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Development & Customization
- Develop and customize ERPNext open-source platform as per company requirements.
- Design and configure DocTypes, workflows, forms, and modules for various departments.
- Perform backend development using Python and ensure smooth deployment of new features.
Process Understanding & Department Coordination
- Work closely with different departments to understand their daily working processes.
- Analyze existing paperwork, registers, and Google Sheets used by departments.
- Convert manual and spreadsheet-based processes into structured ERP workflows.
Training & User Support
- Conduct ERP training sessions for employees across departments.
- Provide daily user support and resolve functional issues.
Reporting & Data Management
- Develop custom reports and dashboards for management-level decision making.
- Use SQL for report generation and data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the system.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure newly implemented ERP processes are adopted and properly followed.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for better efficiency and transparency.
- Maintain ERP documentation and process records.
