Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an ERP Delivery Executive. The role involves managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining alignment with client requirements. The ERP Delivery Executive will oversee project plans, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide consulting support, and identify opportunities to optimize client operations. Responsibilities also include ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Service Delivery and Consulting, ensuring client requirements are understood and effectively addressed
- Experience in Program Management and Project Management, including planning, execution, and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to identify client needs and propose solutions effectively
- Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in ERP implementation projects, with familiarity of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
