Job Title: ERP Data Entry Executive

Job Summary
The ERP Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and
maintaining business data in the ERP system. The role involves recording transactions related
to purchase, inventory, sales, projects, and accounts while ensuring data accuracy and
compliance with company processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry in ERP System
• Enter daily transactions into the ERP system accurately.
• Update records related to purchase orders, invoices, material receipts, stock
movement, and sales entries.
• Maintain proper documentation and digital records in the ERP.
2. Document Verification
• Verify supporting documents such as purchase bills, delivery challans, work
orders, and invoices before entering data.
• Ensure data entered matches the physical documents.
3. ERP Module Support
• Work on different ERP modules such as Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Finance, and
Projects.
• Update stock records, material consumption, and vendor details.
4. Data Accuracy & Reporting
• Ensure accuracy of entries and correct errors when identified.
• Generate basic reports from ERP when required.
• Assist departments with required ERP data and reports.
5. Coordination with Departments
• Coordinate with accounts, purchase, store, and project teams for correct
information.
• Follow up for missing documents or approvals before making entries.6. System Compliance
• Follow company ERP processes and guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data.
• Ensure timely completion of daily data entry tasks.
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and data entry processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or Construction ERP) is
