About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP & CRM Consultant to support implementation, coordination, and management of business systems including SAP, inventory management platforms, and CRM tools.
This role involves working closely with clients to understand operational requirements, configure systems, support users, and ensure smooth business process execution. Regular travel to client locations is required.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, and hands-on exposure to ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar business tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation and management of SAP and inventory systems
- Work with client teams to understand workflows and operational challenges
- Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM and ERP platforms
- Assist in data management, reporting, and system documentation
- Coordinate with internal technical and business teams
- Conduct user training and provide functional support
- Travel to client offices for meetings, implementation, and support activities
- Help improve business processes through technology solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in ERP, CRM, or business systems support
- Exposure to SAP, inventory management tools, or ERP systems
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as:
- Zoho CRM
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Microsoft Dynamics
- or similar tools
- Good understanding of business operations and workflows
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel for client engagements
- Basic understanding of reporting and data analysis is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
- Knowledge of implementation/support processes
- Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
