Role Overview – ERP Content Architect
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven ERP Content Architect who can bridge the gap between ERP functionality, business processes, and user understanding. The role involves creating, structuring, and managing ERP-related content that supports implementation, user adoption, training, and customer success initiatives.
As an ERP Content Architect, you will play a key role in transforming complex ERP workflows and business functionalities into simple, structured, and user-friendly content for internal teams, implementation consultants, and end users. You will work closely with product, support, implementation, and training teams to ensure smooth knowledge management and seamless ERP adoption across clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable ERP workflow solutions aligned with operational needs.
- Gain in-depth understanding of ERP software capabilities, modules, workflows, and business process implementation.
- Create, structure, and maintain user-friendly documentation including SOPs, process guides, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and help content.
- Lead and support ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering and planning to execution and post-implementation support.
- Develop and manage learning and training materials, including LMS content, user manuals, onboarding guides, and video script documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, implementation, support, and training teams to improve processes and content quality.
- Analyze customer feedback and user queries to continuously improve content usability, clarity, and accessibility.
- Regularly update documentation and learning resources based on new product features, enhancements, and workflow changes.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability of all ERP-related content across platforms and communication channels.
- Support user adoption initiatives by creating simplified educational and product understanding materials.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in relevant fields such as B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent.
- Post-graduation is highly preferred (MBA or equivalent qualification).
- Strong understanding of business processes, ERP systems, and workflow management will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
- Strong analytical thinking, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Prior experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, content development, or process management will be preferred.
