Role Summary
Configure, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to meet business process requirements. Act as the functional/technical bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, ensuring ERP capabilities integrate cleanly with AI and platform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Finance & Operations, CE/CRM, or Business Central as applicable)
- Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP configuration and workflows
- Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (Salesforce, data platforms, AI services)
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues raised by business users
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation
- Support UAT cycles and end-user training
- Ensure ERP changes align with data governance and security standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-8 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 implementation/support experience
- Strong functional knowledge of at least one D365 module (F&O, CE, or Business Central)
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) integration
- Familiarity with D365 data migration tools and integration methods (Dataverse, APIs, Azure Logic Apps)
- Understanding of business processes in finance, real estate, or project operations
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
Preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s)
- Experience integrating D365 with Salesforce or AI/analytics platforms
- Experience in real estate or property development sector
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
