About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage inventory data and coordinate with the packing team to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in the ERP system
• Monitor stock levels and update records regularly
• Coordinate with the packing team for order preparation and dispatch
• Ensure alignment between inventory records and physical stock
• Maintain proper documentation of inventory and packing activities
Requirements
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
