Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible for performing data-driven analysis to support and enable informed decision making and problem solving across the organization. The Data Analyst will gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that can drive process improvements and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include: - Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to create insightful data visualizations and reports - Performing ad-hoc analyses to uncover meaningful trends and patterns in the data - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions - Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through data analysis - Maintaining and enhancing existing data analysis tools and models to ensure they remain relevant and effective - Providing recommendations and insights to drive informed decision making at all levels of the organization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science - 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field - Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey analysis and recommendations to stakeholders - Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required.
