About this Opportunity
The position is part of BCSS SD BMA – Market Area Operations (MA Ops), an extended unit of BCSS SD Business Management and Analytics, focused on enabling excellence across all Market Areas. MA Ops provides specialised support in Analytics, Project Management and Ordering, helping Project Managers and Program Directors focus more effectively on customer engagement and delivery.As a Project Planner, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of projects and programmes across multiple Market Areas and domains. By owning the administrative and coordination aspects of change and project operations, and by leveraging strong knowledge of Ericsson tools and processes, you will support the wider PM/PD community and ensure smooth, compliant project execution.
What You Will Do
Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Create and manage Change Requests (CRs) in the ITSM tool• Assign change requests to relevant stakeholders and teams• Perform KPI checks and ensure alignment with project and operational goals• Validate change plans and update change request details as required• Coordinate and obtain Change Management approvals• Participate in daily CAB calls to discuss impact, alignment, approvals, and clashes on common nodes• Drive Change Request approvals through the ITSM tool• Ensure pre checks and post checks are aligned with planned activities• Align internal and external teams through coordinated email communication• Brief execution teams to ensure activities are carried out as per plan• Re work plans and scenarios in case of activity cancellation• Handle urgent change requests, including expedited approvals • Support purchase order creation, GRN creation, and vendor coordination• Coordinate material dispatch from warehouse to site and material returns from site to warehouse.
• Relevant experience in project planning, change management or operations support• Strong understanding of Ericsson tools, processes, and ITSM frameworks• Experience working with Change Management and CAB processes• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders, Market Areas, and domains• Strong coordination, communication, and follow up skills• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities in parallel• Ability to handle urgent requests and work under time critical conditions• A collaborative mindset with strong customer and delivery focus• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
