Project Finance Accounting Internship

Here in Tallinn, our Project Finance Accounting team is currently seeking expression of interest from local university students (bachelor or masters) who are interested in getting their first experience and so call ``foot in the door`` to the corporate finance would. This will be a perfect opportunity for someone who is interested in accounting, finance, business administration and has a craving for ``what it feel like`` to work in finance at a big corporate while continuing to study. We are ideally looking for someone with maximum of 0-2 year of previous relevant work experience as this is an entry level opportunity. This position is based at our Ülemiste city office in Öpiku building at Valukoja 7, Tallinn. What you will learn and do As an Intern in Project Finance Accountant, one will get an opportunity to participate in the process of global customer invoicing. In this role you will be responsible for compiling and validating supporting documentation for invoicing, work with stakeholders to reconcile and resolve issues, update various invoice monitoring files and trackers. Gain insights into the data flows and processes involved in electronics manufacturing operations. Main task for the Intern to perform: • Compile and populate folders with supporting documents • Populate the Request for Payment form that reconciles data and values for the customer • Upload invoices to the customer portal One Hub • Update invoice monitoring reports and Excel trackers • Collaborate with GOC Estonia stakeholders to identify and improve issues in the invoice submission process • Assist in providing information to other stakeholders
