Conduct consultative pre-screen interviews and develop detailed candidate shortlists. Embed inclusive hiring practices throughout the process and maintain accurate candidate data for compliance. Offer Management: Align on offer packages with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, adhering to policies and candidate expectations. Lead offer negotiations, initiate background checks, and maintain transparent communication to ensure positive candidate experiences. Onboarding Support: Act as a trusted advisor, engaging candidates during the notice period through regular communication touchpoints. Handover and Requisition Closure: Ensure accurate data handover to the Employee Registration Team, and compliance with GDPR and internal regulations. Archive data and add silver and bronze medallists to talent pools for future opportunities. Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to local and international labor laws, GDPR, and company policies.
