About the role
Drive strategic customer engagements for new technology areas (Cloud, Devops/CI/CD, Automation/AI/ML) and work with Key Account Manager community togrow the business.
Work with Market Area to identify new opportunities and build funnel of large IT services deals. Provide superior support to win key Deals, through identifying customer pressure points, developing the required proposition and articulating Ericsson services offering differentiators in IT services.
Be a trusted advisor to Customer Units, sharing global best methodologies, lessons learned, key differentiators. Work with Customer Units inside Market Area on MS IT / ADM part of MA growth plans, tactical sales plans, and account plans.
Develop commercial tactics and ensure driven business/commercial models for MS IT ADM engagements.
