Developer Intern

The GNP Engineering team designs, develops, integrates, tests, delivers and exposes advanced 5G network APIs utilizing the latest cloud native technologies. The intern will gain exciting real-world software engineering experience working alongside experienced Solution Architects, Software Architects & Senior Developers. We work in small Agile teams to solve problems, explore new technologies, and learn from one another. The ideal intern for this environment will be enthusiastic and collaborative and willing to learn. Requirements Knowledge with infrastructure automation technologies like Docker, Vagrant, etc. Some development experience and knowledge in Java (JDK 17+), and Java-based languages (JavaScript) with some experience in unit testing Knowledge with build automation technologies like Maven, Git, etc. Knowledge with building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc. Experience with scripting languages like Perl, Shell, etc. Knowledge in bash Scripting with JSON and xml parsing Knowledge in Angular, Nodejs & react would be an asset Knowledge IP Networking, and protocols Linux/Unix environment is a must Knowledge in test Automation, Test frameworks, JMeter Eclipse development environment Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering Excellent written and verbal communication skills to efficiently communicate with teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in teams
