About the role

Ericsson invites applications for the role of Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will offer high level administrative support to the Head of Corporate & Government Investigations (CGI) Hub Americas and our Head of Compliance for Market Area North America (MANA). What you will do: Provide comprehensive administrative support and guidance, integrating strategic thinking into day-to-day activities, including calendar management and decision-making processes. Prioritize and manage inquiries and requests, proactively troubleshooting conflicts, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize engagements. Utilize exceptional organizational skills to oversee and support scheduling, call management, and decision-making processes, aligning them with the strategic goals of the organization. Attend and take Minutes of the Meeting for various Leadership Team and Committee Meetings and obtaining timely approvals. Manage travel arrangements and associated planning and support expense reimbursements for the Heads of CGI Americas Organize the preparation, execution, and follow-up of staff meetings, all-employee meetings, special events, training sessions, and workshops. Handle administration of entry and exit of employees and consultants, as needed. Format and proofread Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations. Provide strategic support in the utilization of Ericsson's current administrative tools and processes. Drive continuous improvement to administrative processes with a focus on streamlined operations to enhance organizational effectiveness. Collaborate, network, and communicate effectively with other assistants within and outside the organization, fostering synergies and sharing best practices. Drive improvement and implementation of administrative processes, leveraging your strategic acumen to streamline operations and enhance organizational effectiveness. The skills you bring: 6+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, including 2+ years as an Executive Assistant or with Chief of Staff duties. Legal team experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence, able to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, in person or remotely. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel), with the ability to use technology to improve administrative processes. Extensive experience managing complex schedules and logistics across multiple time zones with a global perspective. Self-motivated, able to thrive independently, in teams, and in ambiguous situations. Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in structure and execution. High integrity and work ethic, maintaining confidentiality with diverse stakeholders. Ability to navigate large, international corporate environments and foster collaboration across teams and geographies. Flexibility to work during non-traditional hours occasionally, supporting organizational goals. Fluent in English.
