Role Description
The Erema Operator will play a key role in overseeing and managing the plastic recycling process using Erema machines. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring machinery, conducting routine maintenance, managing production schedules, performing quality checks, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will assist with troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues while maintaining accurate production records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhidham Taluka.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience operating Erema machines and familiarity with plastic recycling processes
- Strong technical knowledge of machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance procedures
- Understanding of safety standards and operational protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in handling production schedules and maintaining accurate logs of all activities
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic production demands
- Previous experience in flexible packaging, laminations, or industrial manufacturing is a plus
- A high school diploma or relevant technical qualification is preferred
