Business Analyst

eReleGo is looking for a dynamic, responsive, and detail-oriented person to be a part of the Customer Service team. This position is ideal for someone who has a keen sense of customer service, is willing to understand technology products, and is willing to roll his/her sleeves and get hands dirty. Key Responsibilities: - Advanced client support in-depth user training and onboarding. - Training programs and documentation for skill levels for users. Erp system optimization – collaborate with the developing team to implement customer features as needed. Client Relationship management - long-term relationship with client and proactively gathering feedback to drive product enhancement. Documentation and Learning Sales and revenue growth: identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and following up with existing clients to generate new business leads.
