Job Description – Erection Engineer (PEB Industry)
Position: Erection Engineer
Openings: 4
Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
Location: Project Sites Across India
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise PEB structural steel erection activities at project sites.
* Execute erection work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
* Coordinate with the Project Manager, Client, PMC, and subcontractors.
* Plan and manage manpower, equipment, and daily site activities.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
* Monitor daily work progress and prepare DPRs/progress reports.
* Resolve site execution issues and ensure timely project completion.
* Coordinate material requirements and site logistics.
Qualifications
* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
* Minimum 3–8 years of experience in PEB erection is mandatory.
* Experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, logistics parks, or commercial PEB projects.
Required Skills
* Ability to read and interpret structural and GA drawings.
* Knowledge of steel erection methodology, alignment, bolting, and site execution.
* Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
* Good communication and coordination abilities.
* Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
