Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for an Erection and Commissioning Expert specializing in steel plants. The role involves overseeing the erection and commissioning processes of machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and meeting project timelines. The expert will coordinate with on-site teams, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and address technical challenges. They will also engage in troubleshooting, testing, and process optimization to support successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Erection and Commissioning processes for steel plant machinery and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial standards and safety compliance relevant to steel plants.
• Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and coordination with on-site teams.
• Technical expertise in troubleshooting, testing processes, and optimization methodologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in working on international projects and knowledge of sustainable practices is a plus.
