Role: Research Associate
Experience: 0–2 years
Compensation: As per industry standards, aligned with experience
Qualification: CA / MBA / CA Inter / CFA
About the role:
You will work directly with the investment team on a concentrated Indian mid and small cap PMS. The role involves primary research, financial modelling, concall analysis, and tracking investment proof points across the portfolio.
This is a ground-up role. The work is detailed, demanding, and unglamorous - and that is precisely the point.
What we are looking for:
We are not screening primarily for credentials. We are looking for individuals who are genuinely passionate about equity markets and are committed to building a long-term career in fundamental investing. Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to do the foundational work are non-negotiable.
