Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for an Equity Research Analyst. The primary responsibilities include conducting financial research and analysis, developing financial models, creating industry reports, and providing insights on market trends. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and deliver actionable recommendations to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial research, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of equity markets, industry trends, and company financials
- Skills in report creation and explaining complex data to diverse audiences
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to present insights clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA certification is a plus)
- Previous experience in equity research or a similar domain is highly desirable
