Role Description This is a full-time Equity Research Analyst role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Equity Research Analyst will have
Key Responsibilities
● Screen and evaluate listed companies using quantitative and qualitative parameters.
● Analyse annual reports, financial statements, investor presentations and conference call transcripts.
● Assess business models, management quality, cash flows and growth prospects.
● Monitor corporate announcements, industry developments and management commentary.
● Track liquidity and volatility characteristics of shortlisted stocks.
● Prepare research reports, investment notes and daily market updates.
● Maintain research databases and support investment decision-making.
Desired Profile
● 2–5 years of experience in equity research, investment research or capital markets.
● Strong understanding of financial statements and business analysis.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sufficient knowldge of various AI tools
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● A genuine passion for equity markets and long-term investing
Preferred Skills
● Experience with Screener, Trendlyne, TradingView, Bloomberg, Capital IQ or similar research platforms.
● Knowledge of valuation techniques and financial modelling will be an advantage.
