Core Responsibilities:
• Equity analysis of sectors allocated.
• Identification and communication to securities: where to invest and giving timely entry and exit calls.
• Comfortable tracking multiple sectors.
• Being in regular touch with sell side analysts and management of investee companies.
• Analysing actionable from available research and accordingly giving recommendations
• Excellent knowledge of financial markets and good command over excel and Bloomberg.
• Preparation of earning estimates of companies.
• Financial Modelling and forecasting.
• Performing attribution analysis of various portfolios.
• Running various valuation screeners.
Work Experience:
• 8 to 12 years working as equity analyst either on buy side or sell side.
• Preferable sector experience in FMCG, Energy, Automobiles, cement, pharma and infrastructure sectors (desirable but not compulsory).
• Updated with the financial market happenings, not only in India but also the global markets.
Special Skills:
• Knowledge of working on Bloomberg.
• Comfortable working with excel and analysing large amount of data.
