A major AI lab is developing advanced capabilities for equity analysis and company research. They need analysts who understand how to build investment theses, model companies, and extract insights from financial disclosures.

Mentis AI (founded by ex-Lazard and Partners Group professionals, based in London and San Francisco) is assembling the team to make this happen.

Who We're Looking For

• 2–3 years in Equity Research or Investment Analysis (sell-side or buy-side)
• Deep familiarity with financial statement analysis and valuation frameworks
• Experience building operating and financial models across sectors
• Skilled at navigating 10-Ks, 10-Qs, earnings transcripts, and investor presentations
• Strong analytical writing and ability to explain trends, drivers, and investment implications clearly

The Work

• Create detailed company and sector analysis scenarios
• Build financial models with clear documentation of your analytical approach
• Design peer comparison and time-series analysis tasks
• Structure data extraction from public filings and earnings materials
• Evaluate AI-generated research outputs for accuracy and insight quality
