Unnati Anam Consultancy is hiring for Project Mark a fintech platform that facilitates transactions in equity shares.

Founded by two professionals with 25+ years of experience in Indian capital markets, this is an opportunity to work closely with experienced founders and be part of a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Working Model: On site
Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Experience & Budget:
- Operations Associate: 3-5 years | 6 to 7 LPA
- Senior Operations Manager: 6-10 years | 10 to 14 LPA
Role Overview: We are looking for Equity Operations Associates and Senior Operations Managers to manage and streamline operations, settlements, and transaction workflows. You will support or lead end-to-end operations for retail and institutional transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage or assist in trade and settlement operations, including onboarding, trading, reconciliations, and risk management
- Oversee or support transaction processing, clearing, and compliance checks
- Maintain accurate client accounts, records, and operational documentation
- Apply knowledge of retail stock broking systems, STC processes, and transaction lifecycles
- Monitor operations and flag discrepancies, delays, or operational risks
- Collaborate with founders and tech teams to improve platform transaction capabilities
- Mentor or support junior operations staff and ensure adherence to best practices
- Identify process gaps and contribute to workflow improvements
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in stock brokerage operations, trade settlements, or retail trading processes
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced startup environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow (for junior roles) or ability to lead and guide (for senior roles)
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management in brokerage
