Relationship Manager – Equity Dealing & Retail Sales
Location: Bengaluru | Type: Full-time, on-site
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: Up to ₹7 LPA (Sales) | As per experience (Dealing)
Role
Be the main point of contact for clients’ trading and investment needs: executing trades, advising clients, and growing the client base.
Responsibilities
- Execute client buy/sell orders accurately and manage margins.
- Share market updates and suggest suitable investment strategies.
- Acquire new clients and meet monthly sales targets.
- Cross-sell Demat, Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS, and Insurance.
- Ensure all trades and operations follow SEBI and internal compliance rules.
Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized university
- 1–4 years in equity broking, dealing, or financial sales
- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is mandatory
- Strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset
- Fluent in English and Kannada
- Working knowledge of trading platforms.
