A leading financial services organization is hiring dynamic and market-focused professionals for the role of Equity Dealer. This opportunity is ideal for candidates passionate about stock markets, trading operations, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute equity and derivative trades for clients accurately and efficiently
- Handle client orders through terminal and telephonic dealing
- Provide market updates, trading ideas, and investment insights to clients
- Monitor live market movements and support clients in trading decisions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing trading clients and ensure retention
- Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Bonds, and PMS
- Ensure timely trade confirmations, documentation, and compliance procedures
- Coordinate with research and advisory teams for market recommendations
- Achieve brokerage and revenue targets assigned by the branch
- Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduation Mandatory
- NISM Series VIII Certification Preferred
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Equity Dealing / Stock Broking / Financial Services
- Good understanding of Equity, F&O, Commodity, and Currency Markets
- Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam
- Target-oriented with strong client handling abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced market environment
