Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Equity Dealer, located in Bhopal. The Equity Dealer will be responsible for executing trades in the stock market, providing investment advice, and managing client portfolios. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, advising clients on equity investments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with other team members to maximize trading opportunities and client satisfaction. Strong communication and timely decision-making are crucial for this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Stock Market operations and Trading practices
- In-depth knowledge of Equities and Investment strategies
- Understanding of Finance principles and processes
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and opportunities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Ability to make swift and accurate decisions under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM or equivalent) are an added advantage
- Prior experience in equity dealing or financial services is a plus
