Seeking an experienced Institutional Equity Dealer to manage and execute trades for institutional clients with high accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to dealing platforms like ODIN and Bloomberg, along with a solid understanding of equity markets and institutional trading practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute equity trades for institutional clients (FIIs, DIIs, PMS, AIFs) in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage large-volume orders with minimal market impact
- Monitor live market trends, news flows, and price movements
- Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with research, sales, and back-office teams for smooth trade flow
- Maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and provide market insights when required
- Handle trade confirmations, reconciliations, and reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Institutional Equity Dealer
- Hands-on experience with ODIN trading platform and Bloomberg Terminal
- NISM Certification
