We’re hiring a sharp Equity Dealer to manage and grow a high-potential Retail + HNI client portfolio. This is not a cold-start role — you’ll inherit an existing active book and scale it further.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Handle end-to-end dealing for Retail & HNI clients (cash + derivatives)
- Execute trades with speed, accuracy & strong market understanding
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
- Actively add new clients through references, networks & market connects
- Provide market insights, trade ideas & advisory support
- Build long-term relationships with active traders & investors
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years experience in equity dealing / broking
- Strong exposure to Retail + HNI clients
- Active understanding of NSE / BSE, cash & F&O markets
- NISM Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong communication & client-handling skills
- Hustle mindset with ability to grow AUM / client base
