🔹 Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Equity Dealer to efficiently execute equity trades while ensuring full compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role requires strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and effective coordination with clients and Relationship Managers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Execute buy/sell orders for Equity (Cash & F&O) as per client instructions
✔️ Monitor market movements and provide timely updates to clients/RMs
✔️ Ensure accurate and timely trade execution on trading terminals
✔️ Maintain trade records, confirmations, and reports
✔️ Handle client queries related to trades, margins, and positions
✔️ Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations
✔️ Coordinate with back-office for smooth settlement and reconciliation
✔️ Support RMs in client onboarding and trade-related assistance
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Graduate in any discipline (Finance preferred)
📜 NISM Certification (Equity Derivatives / Dealers Module) – Mandatory
📊 1–3 years of experience as an Equity Dealer (Freshers with certification may apply)
📈 Strong knowledge of Equity Markets, F&O, and trading platforms
🗣️ Good communication and analytical skills
⚡ Ability to work in a fast-paced market environment
🔹 Preferred Skills
💻 Experience with ODIN / NOW / NEST / Zerodha / Angel / Upstox
📉 Understanding of risk management and margin requirements
🤝 Client-focused approach with high attention to detail
🕘 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
💰 Annual CTC: As per experience & industry standards
