Key Responsibilities:
Trade Execution
- Execute client orders in Equity, F&O, Currency, and Commodity segments
- Ensure timely and accurate order placement on trading terminals (NSE/BSE)
- Monitor market movements and execute trades at optimal prices
Client Handling
- Handle HNI, retail, and institutional client orders
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and RM teams
Risk & Compliance
- Adhere to SEBI, Exchange (NSE/BSE), and internal compliance guidelines
- Monitor client exposure, margins, and MTM positions
- Avoid unauthorized trades and ensure proper order confirmation
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain trade logs and records
- Coordinate with back office for trade confirmation and settlement
- Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate (Commerce / Finance preferred)
- NISM Certification (Mandatory):
- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives)
- NISM Series VII (Securities Operations & Risk Management) – preferred
Experience:
- 1–5 years in broking / dealing role
- Experience with trading terminals like GREEK, ODIN, NEAT, BOW, or similar
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of capital markets & derivatives
- Excellent communication & client handling skills
- Knowledge of margin, risk management, and compliance
- High attention to accuracy and speed
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy and speed of trade execution
- Error-free dealing and compliance adherence
- Revenue generation (brokerage / trading volume)
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in prop dealing or HNI client handling
- Basic understanding of technical analysis
- Familiarity with algo/online trading platforms (added advantage)
