Branch Receivable Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and mitigate potential risks. Analyze financial data to provide insights on customer behavior and preferences. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions and interactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
