Equitable is looking for a motivated and passionate Regional Vice President (External Wholesaler) to join our Life Insurance team supporting the Pacific West (CA, WA, OR, HI and AK) territory. This position will be focused on asset location and positioning Life Insurance as the tax- free bucket, 7702. This position will be focused on the Independent Financial Planner Market.
Key Job Responsibilities
- The RVP is directly responsible for developing and maintaining consultative relationships with Independent, Bank, POS BGA, and P&C advisors
- The RVP role is the Key Driver of revenue in their territory, including accountability for achieving and exceeding territory sales targets and territory management (APE)
- Develop new producers while retaining existing producers to grow market share
- Educate and train advisors on Equitable’ s Life products
The base salary for this position is $80,000. This role is eligible for variable compensation.
